Terms
Terms of Service
Effective 2026-05-22.
1. Definitions
"Operator" means Dark Forest Ltd, Chataidzha St 5, 1st floor, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria, UIK 207107494, VAT BG207107494.
"The Service" means the aihotelhub Telegram bot (@aihotelhub_bot) and this website (aihotelhub.eu).
"User" means any natural person interacting with the Service.
"Deal" means a hotel offer surfaced by the bot to the User as a match against the User's filter criteria.
2. Nature of the Service
The aihotelhub Telegram bot is a deal-finding and notification service. The bot monitors public listings on third-party booking platforms (Booking.com, Hostelworld, Trip.com, etc.) and notifies the User when a listing matches the User's filter. The actual booking, payment, and reservation contract is concluded between the User and the third-party booking platform — not with the Operator.
This website is the informational and legal layer of the Service. It does not enable browser-based hotel search, booking, or payment in Phase 0.
3. Account and access
Access to the bot requires a Telegram account. The Operator does not create a separate website account in Phase 0. When Phase 1 launches (Stripe checkout + user portal), the User may bind their bot identity to a Stripe customer record via a signed deep link issued by the bot. The website portal is a viewer/manager for that record — it is not a separate identity system.
4. Affiliate disclosure (the link economics)
Tap-through links from deals delivered by the bot to third-party booking platforms are affiliate-tagged. When you complete a booking via such a link, the third-party platform pays the Operator a commission. Your price does not change — the commission is paid by the platform out of its margin, not added to your bill.
Networks: Awin, CJ Affiliate, Impact, Partnerize, and direct hotel-chain programs. Up-to-date list on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
5. Pricing and payment
Current pricing tiers are listed on the Pricing page. Pricing is in pilot and may change with 30 days' notice via in-bot announcement.
Phase 0 payment is via Telegram Stars only, processed inside Telegram per Telegram's published policies. Telegram handles VAT on Stars purchases on its side. When Phase 1 ships, Stripe checkout becomes available at a discounted rate; EU customers will be charged VAT at their country rate per the EU One-Stop-Shop scheme (operator VAT-registered under BG207107494).
6. No-charge guarantee on no-match
For paid searches (pay-per-search or pack-of-10): if the bot returns no deal matching the User's filter, the User is not charged. "Matching" means the deal satisfies the city, dates, minimum stars, maximum price, and minimum review score declared by the User. Edge cases (malformed criteria, dates with zero source availability) count as no-charge.
7. Refunds and EU consumer rights (when Phase 1 ships)
EU consumers paying via Stripe under the Monthly tier are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the start of the subscription under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as transposed by Bulgarian Закон за защита на потребителите. The withdrawal right is forfeit only if the User explicitly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges loss of withdrawal — and we do not require that consent in Phase 1; the right remains active.
To withdraw, send an email to support@darkforesttarotcards.com or use the cancel button in the Phase 1 portal. Refund within 14 days of withdrawal notice.
8. Disclaimers
- Hotel deals are subject to availability at the third-party booking platform. The Operator does not control inventory.
- Prices shown by the bot reflect the third-party platform's listing at the time of the bot's check; the price you see at booking may differ if the platform has updated.
- The Operator is not party to the booking contract. Complaints about reservations, refunds, cancellations, hotel quality, or room differences must be addressed to the booking platform and/or the hotel directly.
- The Operator does not warrant continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the bot. Source platforms may rate-limit or restructure feeds without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian law and EU consumer protection law, the Operator's liability for the Service is limited to the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, nor to mandatory consumer-protection rights under EU law.
10. Dispute resolution
Governing law: Bulgaria. Forum: Bulgarian courts of competent jurisdiction.
For consumers habitually resident in another EU Member State, the mandatory protections of the consumer's home jurisdiction remain available (Brussels I bis Regulation, Rome I Regulation).
Alternative dispute resolution: consumers may use the Bulgarian alternative-dispute-resolution scheme under the Consumer Protection Act. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (formerly at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) has been discontinued as of 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealing Regulation (EU) 524/2013; we therefore do not link to it.
11. Modifications
Material changes to these Terms will be announced 30 days in advance via the Telegram bot and updated here with the new effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
